BJJ Fight Club FCC3

The Canuckles Team did great at the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fight Club Challenge 3! Tim Blanchard won gold in the middleweight division, I won gold in the welterweight divison, and Spencer McIntosh & Adam Shaw won silver and bronze in the lightweight divison.

Keto Allan put on a great battle at Heat on Friday, but he was defeated by Jason High. It's all good Keto! We'll see you fight again real soon!
