Canuckles Fighters Ready to Bring the Heat!

Heat XC 3 comes to Edmonton on July 17th as Canuckles stand-outs Luis Huete, Chad Schierman, and Owen Carr are slated to battle.

In Featherweight action, Canuckles instructor and fighter Luis Huete takes on the popular Diego Wilson out of Adam Zugec's "Zuma" of Victoria, B.C. The promoters of Heat XC feel as this could be the fight of the night, with both young fighters coming in with impressive records and even more impressive skills. Both fighters are undefeated. Luis looks to display an array of skills as he fights his way to his fourth straight win.

Coming off his 1st round TKO win at UCW in March, Chad Schierman comes to Heat XC to continue his 3 fight win streak, looking to climb through the middleweight rankings. Schierman, who did not fight between 2004 and 2008, has had great success since returning to the ring, and has found a new found love for the sport of MMA. Chad is a physically strong and hard hitting fighter whos fights never fail to entertain.

After his second round win at Heat XC 2, Owen Carr has been invited to climb back into the ring for Heat XC 3. Owen looks to shine once again and is looking forward to doing battle.
