BJJ Fight Club FCC3

The Canuckles Team did great at the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fight Club Challenge 3! Tim Blanchard won gold in the middleweight division, I won gold in the welterweight divison, and Spencer McIntosh & Adam Shaw won silver and bronze in the lightweight divison.

Keto Allan put on a great battle at Heat on Friday, but he was defeated by Jason High. It's all good Keto! We'll see you fight again real soon! In the meantime, come to either of our afternoon MMA classes on tues or thurs 2-3:30pm and Keto is the instructor! He's also available for private training at Canuckles on these days. Ketos official weight was 170.6 lbs today at the Mayfield Inn Edmonton Alberta for HeatXC 6 tomorrow night. His opponent will be Jason High who weighed in at 170lbs They will be the main event on the fight card. GO KETO!!!
